These shoes are soft and comfortable, but the strap doesn't stay up.

This shoe is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The strap on the back of the shoe does not fit my heel and leaves a space of approximately 1/2” between the strap and the back of my foot making it uncomfortable to wear. Beautiful to look at.
