Very slow service. Took about 3 weeks to receive my shoes. They ran big so I asked for an exchange in size. That took 2 weeks before they acknowledged they received them despite I mailed them ack with in 48 hrs. Now they have acknowledged my order but it will probably be another 2 weeks to receive them.

I love the show but it is tight in the toebox and because the toebox is patent leather there is no give. I have been breaking them in and hope the toebox becomes less stiff. Otherwise a quality show which looks great.

United StatesThese are such a beautiful shoe! Leather is so soft. Such a very classy shoe. Azura seems to run larger than L'Artiste. I must return since they do not carry a 34. Been looking for a shoe like this for awhile; very disappointed.
