Runs a little big
The boots arrived on time. They are gorgeous and very comfortable. I only tried them on but haven’t worn them yet. I think they run a little big. I ordered the smallest size which 5.5 usually fit me in most brands but they seem more like a size 7.5 or 8. They don’t have a smaller size so I think I’m going to keep them anyways because they’re super cute.
Perfect fit - Gifted and my wife loves them
We always buy the same size and the shoes are always a spot on fit. The high quality and comfort is why we continue to buy from Spring Step Shoes again and again. She has been able to wear these out and given how soft the leather is, she never experienced issues breaking them in. If you are considering the purchase, buy now.

Did not use. These were not as tall as I would have liked. Should have read the description more closely. Easy to return.

Great packaging . Very squeaky and annoyingly cheap around ankle of foot . Too small around calf’s and toes .

Shipping was awesome, got here in time, these boots feel amazing, they look great, and they are built so you can actually move your ankle in them. If you're worried about a "wrinkly" look at the ankle, that's normal so you can bend your ankle. They fit me so well, I'm literally so happy. Absolutely amazing and i highly recommend.
Good casual boots
I purchased these recently and haven't been able to take them off. They are so good and I wear these every day. They keep the foot just the perfect amount of warm. Perfect for the winter
Favorite Boots!
I love these boots so far and I'm tempted to buy another pair before the style gets discontinued so I have some for when these inevitably wear out. I bought a wide and the width in the foot is generous enough for thick socks, which is nice. My one complaint is that I have to use up most of the lace length to widen the upper portion of the boot enough. Because of the lacing and zipper, they don't fall down or anything, but there isn't enough lace left to tie a bow or loosen them much more.

These boots are just what I wanted. I got a size 10.5 and fit just right. They're lightly lined inside and warm so they'll be perfect for winter. Shipped super fast
