terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!
terrible, so disappointed! They delivered my boots to the wrong address and they wont give me a refund. I have sooo many L'artiste, spring step, and Patrizia shoes. They are my favorite but NO More! I cant believe such customer service, poor and they should be embarrassed.

This boot fits me perfectly and there's room for a thick sock too. I like the style very much. The details and the faux fur trim give it a modern rustic vibe. They are so comfortable, I know I could wear them all day.
