Purchases at Spring Step Shoes that are ordered between November 13, 2024, and December 25, 2024, may be returned through January 24, 2025. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Spring Step Shoes Refund Policy are still applicable. All purchases made after December 25, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

EXCHANGES

Not the color you expected? Doesn’t fit like you hoped? No problem!

If your shoes didn’t fit or the color wasn’t quite what you wanted, you can exchange your unworn shoes (in their original packaging) within 30 days of purchase for a different size or color. There’s no extra charge for this, unless your order total falls below $75. In that case, you’ll just need to cover a $7.95 shipping fee—but don’t worry, the $7 return label fee will be waived.

If you choose to exchange your item in the online portal, your exchanged item will be shipped to you once Spring Step Shoes has confirmation that your return has been received and verified and approved under inspection at our warehouse. 

Please note, after the initial exchange, the order is no longer eligible for further exchanges, complimentary return shipping labels, or the same discounts/promotions applied to an additional purchase if the exchanged item is returned.

What is “Free Returns & Shipping Protection" Coverage?

By opting for Free Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re covered on two fronts. Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange at no cost. Additionally, you’re protected in case of lost or stolen packages, enabling you to file claims with ease.

If you decide not to purchase this coverage, you can still return items, but a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns must follow the guidelines outlined below.

FINE DETAILS

  • All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
  • All original packaging and original shoe box should be included.
  • A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all shoes returned without a shoe box.
  • Please send the original shoe box back to us inside a protective shipping packaging (this does not need to be the original shipping box)
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase receipt.
  • We will provide you with one prepaid FedEx return-shipping label (Contiguous US only).
  • You can also use your preferred shipping carrier to send us back unworn product(s). You will not be charged $7.00 return shipping label if you purchase postage at any post office or parcel shipping location you choose, and send the package to us. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to us, and we highly suggest to use traceable shipping method. Please communicate your tracking number to customer care via phone email or chat. 
  • For non-contiguous US customers please follow step above to use your preferred shipping carrier to return your purchase to the address below for a refund. 
  • All returns must be shipped to our return facility: Spring Step Shoes; 1001 W McNab Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, USA.
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method and will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we refund your returned item(s).
  • Spring Step accepts returns only for items purchased on the www.SpringStepShoes.com website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on www.SpringStepShoes.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping fees added to your original order.
  • Returns from the "Buy One Get One" sales: The purchase of two pairs is what qualifies you for the discount during our "Buy One Get One" Sale Event. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of return.
  • Returns from the Min Purchase Required sales: The minimum order amount specified in the sale event is what qualifies you for the discount during our Min Purchase Required promotion. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if minimum order amount is not met after return. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of return. This applies to GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION as well if gift was not returned and minimum order amount is not met. 
  • If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on the www.SpringStepShoes.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.

Pack and Send It Back

3. Affix the Prepaid FedEx domestic return label on the protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box).

4. Take your package to a FedEx location.

 

Get a Refund

5. We'll email you confirmation once your returned item is received.

6. Once the item is inspected, we will give you a refund (less a $7.00 return shipping fee if you used the label we provided for return).

7. Please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we refund your returned item(s).

 

Product Warranty

Spring Step Shoes guarantees our products to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase under normal wearing conditions. If you encounter any defects with your purchase during this time frame, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-444-6703 or email us at service@springstepshoes.com for assistance with your order.

 

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or alterations. Additionally, any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the product will void this warranty.

 

Furthermore, this warranty specifically excludes coverage for the heel tread component of the shoe. If the heel tread becomes detached or damaged, it can typically be reattached using glue or repaired by a local shoe repair professional. However, please note that any repairs made to the heel tread are not covered under this warranty.
