Disappointing customer service

I never got the item. There were 2 left in stock when I ordered. The original shipment never reached me. Rather than rush me the other item in my size, I have had to wait a month to get a refund, and the other pair was sold out. I can’t rate the shoe because I never got it, and I’m still waiting for my money back.

So comfortable!

Easy to put on and very comfortable! I love the graduated color in the leather.

5 stars if zipper stayed up

Shoes are comfortable & supportive. I walk at least 5 miles in these shoes. My foot is on the wide side of normal width and initially the shoe felt snug, but I wore them around the house for a couple hours for 3 day and the leather gave & the shoe became comfortable. My only complaint is that the zipper doesn't stay up & the shoe is loose and feel like it going to come off. So I'm frequently pulling the zipper back up.

I adore these shoes. They are subtle and stylish. I can work in them all day and still feel energetic.

Tough shoes with flair

They are a little hard, but I hope they will soften up with use. The are stylish, but tough. I love the zipper feature.

So if you've read my reviews, my wife is frugal and doesn't always shop for herself. I find great deals and show her and she says "Yes" or "No". Well, she deserves great shoes. I showed her these and she immediately wanted them. They arrived and now she wears them frequently. As the size is always true to fit and the leather is so very soft, for her it's like they are already broken in so she doesn't need to worry about a break in period. She adores them. Thank you!

Cute, but too long

The shoe is cute and very comfortable. However, the toe area is extra long.

Sooo cute! The burnished toe is beautiful and every detail of the leather and design is gorgeous. The footbed is not super cushioned for walking long distances, but it’s good enough for most purposes

Toe box not as deep and heel height much higher than they look

Slip out insoles for your own insoles, but heel height much higher than they appear and still pulls at my arch. Toe box not as deep as wide as they appear, pinches on my second toe. If you have bunions, not a good choice. I am returning this particular pair.

Comfortable and stylish

These shoes were very comfortable, as are almost all of the shoes that I have bought from Spring Step Shoes. Really sharp looking - I get a lot of people noticing them!
