They have too little structural support, so they feel sloppy around the heel.

Comfy, short and wide

These shoes needed no breaking in - comfy on day 1. Agree to order a size up, and probably pass if you have narrow feet - but they are a godsend for wide feet folks like me! They do gap every so slightly at the base of the toes like the other review stated (I ordered black so can't speak to other colors). I will wait a month or so to see if it worsens, but it not, I'll be ordering additional pairs.

It didn't fit. So , I had to send it back.

Not happy

I ordered size 38, which is the size I always order from Spring Step. They are very snug - more like a tight 7.5, instead of 7.5/8.0…

Obsessed

Obsessed with my new shoes! The comfort factor is off the charts, they effortlessly combine fashion and comfort, making them an absolute must-have in my collection.

Cute shoe but sizing is wonky

The shoe is very cute- ordered the blue. It was brighter than I expected but I liked it. However, it ran very short but wide. I have a long narrow foot and ordered a 42. My toes hit to top of the shoe but it was weirdly wide. Need to return, would like to exchange but 42 is the largest size available.

Mixed Feelings

I like the style and fit but the color is misleading. They aren't olive green. They are more like weird minty green. I should have returned them but I was so excited to have new shoes I wore them anyway. Unfortunately the color did not grow on me. I'm going to dye them with olive dye, but what a pain that's going to be since there are so many little holes with contrasting stitching. My fault. I think they need to change their dye recipe or call the color something else!

same size, different fit

The shoe is just ok. Not as comfortably cushioned or substantial as they look. The black pair gaps a bit on the sides beyond the toe box and will probably get worse. The tan pair was too tight in the toes and already gaping on the sides like an old pair of slippers. Same size shoes. Would have returned both pairs but needed a black shoe right away.

Comfortable Shoe!

I purchased these and have worn them a few times. I walked in them a lot. They are VERY comfortable and fit great with my normal 38 size. They let my feet breathe (as real leather usually does). They are not narrow. My feet are slightly wide and they are not at all tight. Nice arch and a bit of a heel so my feet don't end up too flat...with my heels hurting. Great cushion. I want another pair to wear this winter. Very stylish and comfortable. Perfect fall/winter shoes.
