Purchases at Spring Step Shoes that are ordered between November 13, 2024, and December 25, 2024, may be returned through January 24, 2025. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Spring Step Shoes Refund Policy are still applicable. All purchases made after December 25, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

Please note that products purchased during this time may be delayed due to numerous business interruptions caused by shipping carriers regarding weather as well as overwhelming demand for our shoes. Trust us though, the shoes are worth the wait - we promise!

Springstepshoes.com currently offers FREE FedEx Ground shipping service to the following US geographical locations and address types on all orders over $75:
- All 48 Contiguous States
- P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses
- When entering your shipping information during checkout, click the checkbox where indicated advising of a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address
- We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
- Please allow an additional 2 weeks for PO BOX, APO or FPO address deliveries. If you have a physical address we can ship to, it is advised to do so to ensure a speedier delivery time.
$7.95 Ground Shipping
Springstepshoes.com currently offers FedEx Ground shipping service to the following US geographical locations and address types at a flat and non-refundable rate of $7.95 on all orders under $75:
- All 48 continental States
- P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses
- When entering your shipping information during checkout, click the checkbox where indicated advising of a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address
- We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date
Please note - If your order is under $75 and includes items shipping from multiple warehouses, your order is subject to multiple $7.95 shipping charges depending on the number of warehouses.
EXPEDITED
Springstepshoes.com offers expedited shipping services via FedEx Service. Please check the shipping rates at the time of checkout. At the moment, we do not ship expedited orders from our retail locations.
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the FedEx transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.
We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
Currently ALL expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package Protection with Spring Step Shoes
What is “Free Returns & Shipping Protection" Coverage?
By opting for Free Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re covered on two fronts. Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange at no cost. Additionally, you’re protected in case of lost or stolen packages, enabling you to file claims with ease.
If you decide not to purchase this coverage, you can still return items, but a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns must follow the guidelines outlined below.
Shipping Policy: Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing or is stolen. To help protect your orders, we offer shipping protection at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If shipping protection is not purchased, Spring Step Shoes cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.
What You Can Do In The Event Of Lost/Stolen Package:
If your package is confirmed as delivered but you haven’t received it after allowing 5 days post marked delivery, here are some steps you can take:
For claims on lost or stolen packages with the purchase of shipping protection coverage, please contact customer care via email, service@springstepshoes.com or start a claim within your customer portal within 10 days of the marked delivery date. Please note that any claims after this 10-day period, the shipping protection coverage will be considered void and we are unable to move forward with the claim process.
If you did not purchase shipping protection, please attempt the following:
- Check with Neighbors: Sometimes carriers deliver to a nearby address by mistake.
- Look for a Safe Spot: Check porches, side doors, garages, or mailrooms where the carrier may have left the package.
- Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance in locating your package.
- File a Police Report: If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
Protect Your Orders in the Future
For added peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing shipping protection at checkout. With this option, your order is fully covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage, and we’ll take care of resolving the issue quickly.

Typically please allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free FedEx Standard Ground Service.

After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the FedEx transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.
NOTICE: As to COVID-19 situation evolves, vendor or carrier limitations may cause longer delivery times as shown. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Please refer to the FedEx Ground Service Map to determine transit times once you item is shipped. This map illustrates service schedules in regular business days.
If shipping to a PO Box, please allow additional time for FedEx to deliver.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Order Tracking
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two confirmation emails:
- Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Confirmation for order number #####". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment using either of the following ways:
- Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.
- Visit the FedEx Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the FedEx Tracking form.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
- Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays. At the moment we do not offer Saturday delivery.
- There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver, as well as holiday times can also cause delay due to higher shipping volumes by the carrier.
- It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the FedEx website.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
We'd love to ship your items out any time of any day, but we work on a different schedule than our mail carriers. Listed below are the days when FedEx won't pick up or are experiencing higher shipping volume. Please give your package a few more days to arrive if you've ordered something around one of these dates.
