Perfect Height , Comfy & Cute

I really love this style. The height is just right. I have double knee injuries, and so can no longer wear all my clunky heeled shoes. So these give me some height — without haraming my knees, even on the cobblestone streets. They style is cute and so very comfortable.

Well, I liked the product but the website bounced around a bit when I ordered them. I didn't pay attention closely to which color popped up when ordering. The original picture showed the right color i wanted but when i hit order, the first color option came up not what on the picture. That was frustrating! Now I am exchanging them for the color I want. Customer service was difficult to get a hold of but they finally responded but it was too late to change the original order

Comfy but disappointed

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable, and every time I wear them, I get many compliments. However, the ankle strap has come unglued, and I have had it repaired twice. It has just happened again and I’m very disappointed. I’m going to take them back and get another pair, if possible.

Horrible customer service shoes were not worth the money

Horrible customer service! I sent the shoes back to exchange them for a different size shoes were not worth the money, I got an email stating The could not exchange or refund because they had been worn which was not true I tried them on they were to small the bottoms are so white anything makes them look dirty. I didnt even have them on for 10 min. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

Comfortable for wide feet - closure is odd

These shoes are great on my wide feet, comfortable, and attractive. However, I do have two criticisms. 1) The ankle strap is a little low on the heel. At first I was worried it would pop loose. It doesn't - but it doesn't provide ankle support, either, and it can feel odd when you first wear them. 2) My pair arrived missing a flower petal. I'm not going to send a pair of shoes to the landfill for a minor flaw, but it seems like this could have been caught in manufacturing. I ended up removing the same part on the other shoe so they matched.

Second Season Purchasing

I bought these in 2023 and loved them. Pretty, yet practical, especially for walking. Decided to purchase again in 2024 and relegate 2023 pair to gardening days. A week or so after receiving new pair, the stitches came undone on the 2023 pair and the Velcro strap lost its stick - soooo glad I ordered the 2024 pair. The 2024 order was not smooth, first I was sent two odd sandals, then I had to buy a new pair because a replacement pair could not be sent until the defective pair had been received back 🤦�‍♀️, they gave me a 5% discount, but having sandals on my feet was more important - customer service not customer service. All the negatives aside, they are super comfortable and I can guarantee a compliment wherever I go, they make people smile 😊

These sandals surprised me by being very comfortable to wear almost out of the box. They'll add a little pizzazz to a jeans and shirt outfit.

Lovely Shoes - Awful Customer Service

I purchased these shoes last year and liked them so much I bought a new pair this year. I was sent two odd shoes. A replacement could not be sent until they received the odd ones, which in a heatwave would have left me shoeless. I was told I could buy another pair that would arrive sooner than if they waited to get the two odd shoes back and then sent another pair. I ordered a second pair. The return has finally been processed and I was refunded less than I paid.

Shoes broke after very little wear

I bought these shoes and they are so pretty and comfortable. Unfortunately they broke after only a few wears. I don’t have my receipt anymore so I am out of luck. Beautiful shoes but I won’t buy this brand again, since the company doesn’t back up their brand.
