STUNNING BOOTS, BUT DIDN’T FIT

I was very impressed with customer service and was delighted when I received the boots I had been drooling over for several weeks. I have a very narrow heel and can be very hard to fit, but I purchased these anyway to give them a try. A friend has a pair and I just loved them. The boots are stunning in person and I love the quality. They do have a chemical smell, which in time should have disappeared. The boots did hurt my heel and were very stiff and I felt that they wouldn’t “break-in” as I needed them to. So unfortunately I had to return them. As far as the size, when living in Japan I wore a size 37 (6.5/7) so that is what I ordered. I had to wear the thinnest socks in my drawer. So I think they run a little small for my comfort. I would have like to wear a thicker sock with them.

Fantastic! Comfortable and funky/cool boots. Love them! I get many compliments from both men and women. They are an hit! Only issue, I had to size up. I’m a true 10, so the 9.5/10 didn’t work. I exchanged for 10.5/11.

love these. This is my second pair . I bought the orange ones years ago and just bought the blue in the same size. Newer one seems a bit larger than the first pair (heads up for anyone doing the same).

These are amazing! So much better in person, the colours are gorgeous and true to the website but they just look so good in person. Also probably the most comfortable boot right out of the box. I was surprised to find they didn’t feel stiff at all. Also they have a soft velvety lining inside. Every detail of these boots feel well crafted. I will cherish these boots for years I’m sure.

Great but low quality

I LOVE these boots and get many compliments on them. They are super comfortable and warm. However, after only two months, the sole on one of the heels has come off. It snaps back on but has become a hazard when I am walking. I will try to glue it and hope that will remedy the problem. I and disappointed in the quality.

Unique and Oh so fun

So it is a little hard to answer the sizing questions. I followed other reviewers and bought a size up. They fit similar to shoes I have purchased in Europe, slightly more volume through the foot. The size 40 equates to an 8 1/2. I put an insole in to snug up the shoe around my foot. I can still wear them with a medium heavy sock. I don't have a high arch. They are very comfortable. The zippers make them very easy to pull on and off. They don't feel heavy or clunky. I love the look of the design on the leather and the iridescence of the fabric. I really really like them.

We bought the boots for our granddaughter’s 14th birthday. They arrived very quickly which I wasn’t expecting. She absolutely loves them! They are VERY well made and beautiful . I was concerned about sizing but they were a perfect fit. I ordered 8 1/2 which is her American size. Very true to size. I will definitely order from this company again.
